• Misrepresent the brands, products, offers, or pricing you promote.
• Use spam, deceptive advertising, trademark bidding, or cookie stuffing.
• Promote in a way that violates any applicable law, platform policy, or the FTC endorsement guidelines.

Commission rates, attribution windows, and payout thresholds are shown in your dashboard and may vary by brand and offer. Commissions are earned only on valid, approved conversions.

We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust commissions arising from returns, chargebacks, cancellations, or activity that violates these Terms. Payouts are issued on the schedule described in [payout policy] to your selected payment method.

The Platform, its content, and all brand assets made available to you remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing materials solely to promote offers through the Platform.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice. Unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or violating activity may be forfeited.
